The brief:

Demonstrate to Jewson employees that management valued them and their opinions about the business.

The solution:

• We created this simple feedback campaign that allowed all workers – from site managers to delivery drivers – to contribute to a better and safer working environment

The result:

• The response was extremely encouraging with a high rate of engagement (although some suggestions were more practical than others)
