The brief
Encourage trade customers to have a say in how their local Jewson store, and the wider business, was run.
The solution

Posters and suggestion boxes were situated at high-traffic in-store areas (entry, check out & café) for maximum exposure

We used motivational language and unexpected visuals to cut through cluttered in-store comms environments.
The results

The campaign received over 5,000 responses in its first week (although some suggestions were more practical than others)
-
The campaign was continued for 3 years, much longer than the intended 6 months
